Our One Year Candle Burn Guarantee gives you peace of mind that your candle will burn perfectly when it arrives, and for every time you light it. You can be sure that any defects in the wax and wick are covered - we will replace any candle deemed defective by our Customer Care Team.

Covered claims include: Wax sinkholes, excessive tunneling, and wicks that refuse to stay lit.

Our newly reformulated 8oz Coconut Wax Candle is made with 100% natural coconut wax, ensuring a smooth and even burn that outshines traditional candles.

Infused with high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils, each candle offers a long-lasting scent experience that lingers gently in the air. Our eco-friendly coconut wax is renewable and biodegradable, making it a responsible alternative to paraffin-based candles that release harmful toxins into your living space.

To ensure your candles burn beautifully and last longer, follow these simple steps:

• Never leave a candle burning unattended. Always keep it away from drafts and out of reach of children and pets.
• Trim the wick to 1/4" before each use or once the candle has cooled. This helps maintain a clean burn.
• Never trim a burning candle. Safety first!
• Limit burning sessions to 4 hours maximum to preserve the candle’s quality.
• Discard wick trimmings in the trash, not in the candle jar. This keeps your candle looking neat.
• Keep the wick centered and away from the sides of the jar to avoid uneven burning.
• Allow the wax to melt to the edges during each burn to prevent tunneling.
• Stop using the candle when only 1/4" of wax remains to avoid overheating the container.
• Avoid picking up a burning candle or handling it immediately after extinguishing it.
• Protect the surface underneath the candle, regardless of the material.
